Order & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Frequency – you can place order any day of the month. However only once a month. This is because we need to control and ensure the order limit is not beyond total of RM1000 monthly.
  2. Delivery timing – Do expect a maximum of 28 days to receive order. 
  3. Out of stocks & payment refund - Once you have placed order, if there is out of stocks item, there will be refund to you as per mode of purchased
  4. Baby Voucher – overdue unused baby voucher cannot be rolled to following month
